Another GREAT installment of a fabulous Obstacle Course Race Training routine!
Set your timer for 15 minutes and do As Many Rounds As Possible. 5 Tire Flips. 5 Box Jumps. 5 Pull ups.
Finish off with 50 Bosu Crunches and 2 x 2minute Sled Runs with a 1 min break in between. OR go for a short trail run.
